Maintenance

 All work orders need to be put into SchoolDude. Each school or department has a person that is trained in how to put in work orders. Please contact your administrator for information on who the correct person is. 

 

Maintenance does have 45 round (6 foot) tables, 400 white folding chairs, 400 gray metal folding chairs, and portable sound system for in district events. While every effort will be made to accommodate events, the sooner a work order is submitted, the more likely Maintenance will be able to provide. Don't forget to include pertinent information such as start and end times as well as best point of contact in the event Maintenance has any questions. Please see the checklist below to make sure everything is perfect. 

There is currently a contract with Orkin Pest Control for any pest concerns. Orkin comes at least once a month to treat every single school kitchen & cafeteria, and address any other pest control issues at that time. While Orkin does respond within 24 hours, they are usually only called in between scheduled sessions when there is a sudden, moderate, pest problem. Custodians have a product that Orkin has approved for spot treatment use (Ortho Home Defense) after school for minor problems. Any pest type activities should be written up as a work order so that Maintenance may investigate and address the problem appropriately.
